About the role
The Analyst role at Eden McCallum is a unique development opportunity in consulting, working as part of a team applying analytical skills and building deep relationships to support clients addressing a wide variety of strategic challenges. You will have significant responsibilities and collaboration with clients from the start. The work exposes you to a range of sectors and functions, enabling you to gain broad insight into the key management issues leading companies face.
About the Analyst Programme
As an Analyst, you will work closely with top-tier independent consultants on a day-to-day basis, whose backgrounds bring together experience from the top traditional strategy firms (such as McKinsey, Bain and BCG), and track records in industry. Together with your cohort of UK & NL Analysts, you will be equipped with the toolkit needed to add value from day one through our structured training programme, on-the-job development, and knowledge-sharing sessions. You will furthermore foster social impact through Eden McCallum’s internal initiatives, pro bono projects, and sustainability work.

40+ days of professional training across the programme and access to learning platforms, alongside extensive on-the-job learning through working directly with senior, experienced independent consultants
Competitive salary of €50,000 gross per year
