FEMME Mentorship Programme

Over the course of this five-month programme, you will focus on three core themes: personal development, career, and consulting. You will expand your network and skills through social activities, workshops and events – giving you the opportunity to get to know our (female) colleagues and other ambitious women with an interest in strategy consulting.

We will appoint you a mentor who is here to offer guidance, encouragement, and to support you in your personal learning goals, while you are building the foundation of your career.

As a mentee, you will also be appointed a buddy; someone who is currently enrolled in our Analyst Programme. They can share their experiences and help prepare for (case) interviews which will equip you for the next step, as we guarantee an interview directly after graduation!

What to expect
In short, you can expect:

• Mentor meetings, where the focus is on you, your questions and development
• Regular buddy meetings
• To learn about our culture and life as a woman in strategy consulting
• To expand your network and skills through social activities, training and events 
• A guaranteed spot at some of our events like the Crack-a-Case, Consulting Knowledge sessions and more
• Interview coaching with an Analyst, Associate Consultant or Consultant
• A guaranteed first (case) interview round
• A programme designed to fit alongside your studies, running from March 2026 until July 2026

Application process
We are looking for Dutch-speaking students (who identify as female) with an interest in strategy consulting who are enrolled in the last year of their Bachelor, first or second year of their Master's degree.
