Associate Partner / Partner | London
Eden McCallum is seeking Partners and Associate Partners to join us in building our innovative firm, based out of our office in London.
About us
Eden McCallum is a management consulting firm with a deliberately agile approach. Our hybrid teams of experienced independent consultants, in-house partners and analysts deliver faster, deeper insight and lasting impact for clients on their most pressing issues, from strategy to transformation. Our in-house Partners and Associate Partners (APs) shape and lead every project, ensuring quality, consistency, and value. We craft a hybrid team of independent consultants with the optimal skills, experience and ‘fit’ for our clients, support them with our in-house analysts, and leverage our extensive network to bring unique expertise.
Eden McCallum has delivered more than 3,000 projects in strategy, operations, transformation, digital, and organisation, working in all major sectors and regions of the world. Our clients include a third of the FTSE100, a third of the world’s largest private equity firms, 60+ of the global Fortune 500, and many mid-sized corporates. Established in 2000, Eden McCallum operates from offices in London and Amsterdam.
Eden McCallum's founding commitment to making consulting better for clients and better for consultants underpins our inclusive and sustainable culture and values.
Role description
The role of an Eden McCallum AP/Partner is different from those in traditional consulting: we focus on developing long term client relationships as well as shaping and overseeing our projects, while the work on the ground is delivered by carefully curated teams of outstanding independent consultants and in-house analysts.
Our APs and Partners love the variety and challenge of shaping and overseeing intellectually challenging work, the entrepreneurial pace and autonomy of building a ground-breaking business as part of a small team, and the development of high impact relationships with leading clients and outstanding independent consultants.
Role requirements
• Recent consulting experience (> 5 years) with a leading traditional consulting firm, to Partner/Director or Junior Partner/AP equivalent level
• A strong track record of scoping and delivering high quality projects for clients; you are highly skilled at simplifying complex problems, understanding the underlying issues, and structuring pragmatic consulting projects to address them
• A deep understanding of how major client relationships are built, and a history of helping create and grow significant long-term consulting relationships
• The skills and strong motivation of a natural relationship builder; you gain energy from engaging with people and their business issues, and care about their success
• A valuable thought partner on a wide range of topics and beyond core areas of specialism, you also have the capacity to develop client relationships without being directly engaged in day-to-day project delivery
• Resourceful, resilient, entrepreneurial, collaborative; you will make an energetic and positive contribution to our leadership team
• You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
