About the role:
As an Analyst at Eden McCallum, you have a unique development opportunity in consulting, working as part of a team applying analytical skills and building deep relationships to support clients addressing a wide variety of strategic challenges. You will have significant responsibilities and collaboration with clients from the start. The role exposes you to a range of sectors and functions, enabling you to gain broad insights into key management issues that leading companies face.
About the Analyst Programme:
- You will work closely with the very best independent consultants on a day-to-day basis, with experience from the top traditional strategy firms (such as McKinsey, Bain, and BCG), and track records in industry
- You will be equipped with a ‘toolkit’ that enables you to add value to the projects, through our structured training programme, as well as on-the-job development during projects and in knowledge sharing sessions with peers
- You will be supported in your professional development by a senior mentor
- You will be part of an innovative and personable firm with offices in London and Amsterdam, working with our Client Partners and wider team on business development and internal initiatives
- You will have the opportunity to foster social impact through Eden McCallum’s pro bono and sustainability work and partnerships

- Have a strong record of academic and personal achievement?
- Have a demonstrated interest in understanding how businesses operate?
- Have collaborative leadership skills?
- Have the right to work in the UK without visa restrictions (i.e., having a British passport or your own sponsorship in place)?
And are you…
- Creative, resourceful, and independent?
- Comfortable with collecting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data?
- Passionate about tackling complex challenges with clear, pragmatic solutions?
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team?
- About to complete or have recently completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree (excluding MBA), or are you looking to move on from your first job?

- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and we will notify all applicants of the outcome during the week of 6 January
- 30-minute online test sessions will be administered live via Teams on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 January
- First-round interviews will take place during week of 20-24 January
- Final-round interviews will take place during the week of 3-7 February
- Successful candidates will join Eden McCallum with their 2-week induction starting on Monday 8 September 2025 (in London)
