Marjon initially joined McKinsey in Amsterdam, before moving abroad and spending time in McKinsey’s London, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur offices.

After McKinsey, she spent some time working as a freelance consultant before starting Eden McCallum’s Dutch office in 2008 with Heleen.

Marjon truly enjoys working with clients on strategy, organisation redesign and performance improvement programmes. She serves a broad range of leading Dutch clients, often in consumer-facing industries, financial services, industrial and B2B services sectors.

Marjon enjoys the company of friends and family, good food and wine and a ditto book. She plays field-hockey and golf can also often be found cheering on her three children on the hockey pitch.
