Resumé and Motivation

Selection on outstanding academic achievements, side activities (soft skills) and evidence of your numerical and analytical background

Step 2

Numerical Test

Test to determine numerical capabilities and analytical skills

Step 3

Interview Round 1

Consists of a CV & Motivational interview and 2 case interviews, conducted by Associates, Consultants, Managers or Partners

Step 4

Interview Round 2

Consists of two case interviews with Managers / Partners, as well as a Fit interview with one of our Analysts

Step 5

Offer

After successfully completing round 2 we would love to make you an offer! 

Step 6

Induction in London

New Analyst cohort from both the Amsterdam & London offices start with a 3-week training course in London in September
