Catherine joined Eden McCallum in 2017 with a focus on shaping and building exceptional consultant teams. She now holds responsibility for operational improvement across the firm.

Following a degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University, and two years with Teach First on their Leadership Development Programme, Catherine started her consulting career with Capgemini Consulting. Here she focused on operating model and transformation projects, and worked across a number of industries including retail, financial services and utilities.

Outside of work Catherine is a keen horse rider and runner, and loves spending time in the countryside. An enthusiastic “Foodie”, she enjoys great food and wine and loves to travel to explore these.
