Buzz joined Eden McCallum in 2014 and leads our Talent Team.  

Before she joined Eden McCallum, Buzz spent 10 years at McKinsey, through to Associate Principal.  Her work there focused on strategy and performance transformation across a range of industries, predominantly healthcare, public sector and latterly in agriculture.  Buzz has also worked for NTL Interactive, Technoserve in Kenya, the Wildlife Conservation Society in New York and as a strategy advisor to Farm Africa. 

Outside of work, Buzz loves being outdoors (ideally when the sun is shining!) and is a keen horse-rider, hiker and skier, alongside spending time with her family and on the family farm.
